治脾虚伤食，大便下赤白脓，肠鸣腹痛泄下，米谷不化，小儿脾虚滑泄，脱肛，疳瘦等证。
川乌（炮） 肉桂 硫黄（另研） 赤石脂（ ，各一两） 干姜（炒，二两）为末。糯米糊丸，梧子大，每服五十丸，白汤下。
