治脾胃久冷，大便泄泻，肠中 痛，米谷不化，饮食不进等证。
附子（炮） 高良姜 荜茇 砂仁 肉豆蔻（各一两） 生姜（三两） 浓朴（四两，姜汁制）为末。醋糊丸梧子大，米饮下，五十丸。
