治久发疟疾，脾胃虚弱，胸膈腹中饱闷，痞块两胁连心痛，四肢沉重，发热，泄泻，羸瘦等证。
附子（炮） 白术（土炒，各二两） 芍药（酒炒，四两） 甘草（炒） 干姜（炒） 草果（去壳炒，各一两）为末。每服五钱水煎热服。
