此由酒肉饮食太过，致经脉解而不收，故肠裂而为痔。服金液丹可愈，外取鼠腐（当是妇字）虫十枚，研烂摊纸上贴之，少刻痛止。若老人患此，须灸关元二百壮，不然肾气虚，毒瓦斯下注，则难用药也。（凡系咳嗽吐血后，大肠并肺虚极，而热陷于大肠，多难收功，若专于治痔，而罔顾本原，未有不致毙者。）
